Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce compelling video content for the Waktu Solat Malaysia app and various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to align video content with the overall content strategy and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on Islamic studies and current events to ensure accurate and relevant content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video content.
- Edit and enhance video content to meet high-quality standards and engage the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback to continuously improve content.
Skills and Requirements:
- Malaysian citizenship.
- Any academic background is accepted; a degree/ diploma in media, communication, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Islamic studies is an advantage.
- Proven experience in video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in video editing software and familiarity with current trends in video production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for creating content that informs and inspires the Malaysian Muslim community.
