Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and alignment with the company’s culture.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the development of talent pipelines and candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in English .
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
