Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and project manage influencer campaigns.
- Good understanding of the influencer industry and has awareness of leading and managing Talents
- Good knowledge of FB, IG, XHS, TikTok, X, etc. and other social media best practices.
- Basic understanding of social media KPIs
- Good written and oral communication skills. Language proficiency in English & BM is a must. Proficiency in other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Hindi) will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is essential.
- Diploma or degree in mass communication, advertising, broadcasting, multimedia, media studies, public relations, or any related disciplines.
- Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of experience working with social media, influencer marketing, PR, talent or ad agencies or any other related industry or company.

- Understanding of brand development, evolution, and application.
- Social media savvy
- Possess keen attention for detail and critical problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing :
- Identify and recruit influencers, KOLs, and content creators aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content approvals and performance tracking.
- Develop campaign strategies that leverage influencers to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring brand messaging is authentic, engaging, and platform-optimized.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
REV Creators Program Management :
- Identify and secure new influencers who align with REV Creators Program
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and compensation with influencers.
- Creating influencer marketing strategies which align with the talent’s individual personal brands for optimum success, negotiating prospective influencer campaigns, and securing campaigns.
- Support REV Creators’ revenue objectives by developing influencer collaborations that drive sales conversions, working closely with the REV Strategy & Sales teams, and managing individual influencer performance targets to contribute to overall monthly revenue goals.
AI Influencer Content & Campaign Management
- Manage AI Influencer TikTok and Instagram accounts, including planning, creating and publishing trend-driven content aligned with each character’s voice and personality.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify insights, optimize content strategy and improve overall growth and engagement.
- Execute AI Influencer sponsored campaigns end to end, including managing deliverables, timelines and approvals while ensuring branded content remains authentic to each character.
