Sam Wee

Chief Executive Officer

Sam joined Media Prima in 2017 as GM, Business Operations and was promoted to COO of REV Media Group in 2020. He played a pivotal role in propelling REV to Malaysia’s top digital publisher, representing 40+ brands and engaging over 15 million Malaysians. Before Media Prima, Sam and a group of pioneers established REV Asia which acquired SAYS, OHBULAN!, and ViralCham. He spearheaded REV Asia’s regional expansion into the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. REV Asia was acquired by Media Prima in 2017 and rebranded as REV Media Group in 2020. Sam is also part of the founding team of SAYS & REV Asia and is the recipient of the HSBC Young Entrepreneur Awards 2006 (Asia).

Nicholas Sagau

Chief Operating Officer

With over 16 years in the media and digital space, Nicholas leads strategy and operations for the group’s digital news, video, and game products, aligning with the vision to be a leading digital-first content and commerce company. A frequent speaker and President of the Malaysian Digital Association, his focus includes digital innovation, games development, esports, corporate incubation, and OTT.

Chris Wee

Chief Digital Officer | Omnia

As a key member of the founding teams at both SAYS and REV Asia, Chris focuses on growth strategies for product and revenue. Previously at Pfizer Nutrition, he served as the product manager for the company’s top-grossing product, leading the social media transformation strategy. Chris’s diverse experience, spanning creative strategy, product management, and hands-on digital marketing, enables him to guide brands through a holistic journey in connecting with the digital generation.

Adrina Choy

GM, Digital Solution | Omnia

With over a decade of sales experience, Adrina has dedicated 9 years to SAYS and REV Media Group. Her passion for achieving targets, assisting brands in realizing objectives, and connecting with people, combined with her tenacity in providing solutions, has played a vital role in growing the business at REV Media Group. As a leader, she excels in nurturing her team, witnessing them evolve into proficient sales professionals.

Laila Zain

Head of English Network

Joining SAYS in 2016 as the Branded Content Lead, Laila progressed to Head of Content and is currently the Head of English Network at REV Media Group, overseeing teams at SAYS, Mashable Southeast Asia, and JUICE, while also managing branded advertorials for New Straits Times, Free Malaysia Today, and The Malaysian Reserve; before her role at REV Media Group, Laila served as the Head of Content at a digital start-up, leading million-dollar projects with online wealth creation and entrepreneurship authorities, and previously worked as the morning producer at Fly FM.

Noraniza Azmi

Head of Malay Network

Joining in 2014, Noraniza played a pivotal role in developing consistent audience traffic for OHBULAN!, Sirap Limau!, Myresipi, and XTRA on both mobile and desktop platforms; as one of the pioneers of digital campaign content strategy, planning, and marketing for Malay platforms, her responsibilities expanded in 2020 to oversee digital news platform campaign content planning and execution for Harian Metro, Berita Harian, Utusan, and Kosmo!; she earned her Master’s in Mass Communication from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam, in 2016.

Evelyn Tiong

Head of Chinese Network

As one of the pioneers of VC Networks, Evelyn spearheads Chinese digital content on Viralcham and Rojaklah, managing a team of creators to oversee content direction for websites, videos, and more, ensuring her platforms maintain loyal fans and serve Malaysia’s Chinese community with the latest trending news; additionally, she heads social platforms Let’s Travel and Girls Daily Pages, solidifying her position as the key figure in Chinese content at REV Media Group with 8 years of experience.

Ledwina In

Head of Social Product

With over 12 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry in the APAC region, Ledwina brings expertise in Social Media and Influencer Marketing; formerly a Senior Strategic Planner for REV Asia and having held regional Social Media Lead roles for Lion & Lion Digital Agency and AirAsia BIG, she currently serves as the Head of Social Products at Rev Media Group, initiating SPARK and successfully growing and consolidating all Sponsored Social Media Content and Influencer Marketing within Media Prima Group’s Digital, News, TV, and Radio networks.

Richard Chit

Head of Product

Richard Chit has almost 20 years in digital media and digital marketing in a variety of industries. Formerly with Astro Radio, RHB, & P1, he joined NSTP in 2018 as product manager and is currently heading Product department under REV, handling multiple digital brands. Richard is a strong believer in teamwork and clear communications as the key to achieve greater success.

Dominic James Loh

Head of Data & Analytics

A programmatic and data evangelist with over 10 years of digital experience, Dominic (Dom) currently serves as the Head of Commerce & Optimisation at Rev Media Group, managing teams, data management, UX, and yield management with a core focus on programmatic and audience product monetization; he initiated his career at Better Digital, overseeing business development and representation for key international publishers in SEA for market penetration, subsequently focusing on the strategic utilization of audience data for brands and publishers.

Saravanan Krishnasamy

Head of Digital – Audience Advertising & Programmatic Partnership

Saravanan brings over 12 years of expertise in digital marketing and leadership to REV Media Group. As Head of Digital – Audience Advertising & Programmatic Partnership, he drives growth in audience advertising, focusing on revenue, campaign analysis, and publisher partnerships. Specializing in programmatic partnerships with agency trading desks and external partners, Saravanan excels in crafting effective digital strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering exceptional results for clients. A dedicated Liverpool fan, he brings the same passion to his work as he does to supporting his favorite football team.

Cagie Low

Head of Digital Advertising & Yield Management

Cagie is a data-driven digital advertising leader with over 10 years of experience in programmatic advertising and ad operations. As Head of Digital Advertising & Yield Management at REV Media Group, Cagie oversees the ad operations and yield management team, playing a pivotal role in driving significant revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and yield optimization.
She excels in maximizing revenue from digital advertising initiatives by leveraging data insights, fostering key partnerships, and implementing innovative ad technologies across various platforms. Cagie also manages programmatic partnerships, ensuring optimal ad placement and maintaining strong relationships with each of the partners to drive revenue generation.

Wong Koon Foong

Head of Data Science & Analytics

With nearly 17 years in the digital and media industries, Koon Foong began her career as a business intelligence analyst. She joined Media Prima in 2012, pioneering the AdOps and Yield Management team at RevMedia and initiating the programmatic journey for the group. Passionate about data, Koon Foong became the Head of Data Science and Analytics, leading a talented team within RevMedia and overseeing data and AI initiatives across Media Prima. Her team developed dashboards that enhance work efficiency and integrate AI into business workflows. She is actively involved in projects improving operational efficiency, showcasing high performance, attention to detail, and lead-by-example qualities.

Colin Gan

Manager, Strategy & Delivery, Technology & Innovation

Colin majored in Media Management and has been serving as a Technology and Innovation Manager at REV Media Group for the past six years. His role involves leading technological advancements and driving innovative solutions within the company.

Poobalan Maniam

Engineering Manager, Technology & Innovation

Results-driven Head of Engineering with over 10 years of experience in Product Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Web Security, and OTT. Poobalan’s career has been dedicated to leading multidisciplinary teams in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. He excels in strategic planning, technical innovation, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers engineers to deliver exceptional results. Poobalan leverages his deep technical expertise to drive impactful outcomes that align with organizational goals.

Keshrinder Singh

Manager, Legal

With 12 years of comprehensive legal experience, Kesh is a pivotal team member, specializing in corporate commercial contracts, negotiation, and cross-border transactions across multiple regions. He holds a Law degree from Northumbria University, UK. Previously Head of Legal at a government-linked company, Kesh joined Media Prima Berhad in 2019 and now leads legal affairs for Media Prima Berhad and its subsidiaries, overseeing policy review, legal advisory, M&A, financing, and asset management. His diverse background includes roles in law firms, construction, banking, and financial sectors, with expertise in IP rights, commercialization strategies, and litigation, navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
