Role & Responsibilities

  • Clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  • Manage all office upkeep.
  • Manage office refreshment
  • Ensure office cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Provide full support to COO and all staff in terms of their office supply needs and requirements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Admin / Secretarial / Office Management or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office and other internet applications
  • Strong in administrative, secretarial and organisation skills
  • Exposure in Digital, Entertainment and Media industry is preferable
  • Good command, both spoken and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia
