Role & Responsibilities
- Clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
- Manage all office upkeep.
- Manage office refreshment
- Ensure office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Provide full support to COO and all staff in terms of their office supply needs and requirements.
Skills & Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Admin / Secretarial / Office Management or its equivalent
- Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office and other internet applications
- Strong in administrative, secretarial and organisation skills
- Exposure in Digital, Entertainment and Media industry is preferable
- Good command, both spoken and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia
